Requirements:

• * At least 1 year experience in Key Account or similar role (FMCG preferred)
• * Experience with Modern Trade / Key Retailers is an advantage
• * Strong negotiation and account management skills
• * Good analytical and planning skills
• * Good communication and presentation skills
• * Independent, results-driven, and proactive
• * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• * Must have own transport
• * Language : Mandarin, English, BM

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Saturday: 8.30am – 1.00pm Work Location: Hybrid remote in Klang

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Manage and grow key accounts (Modern Trade / Chain Stores / Major Wholesalers)
• 2. Achieve sales, volume, and distribution targets
• 3. Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and product listings with customers
• 4. Plan and execute promotional activities
• 5. Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and trade spending
• 6. Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• 7. Work closely with internal teams
• 8. Perform other duties assigned by management
