About The Job

This role drives revenue growth by connecting technical expertise with strategic sales execution across targeted industrial sectors. You will expand our market presence, manage project pipelines, and deliver tailored technical solutions to system integrators and end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and convert new system integrators, fabricators, and key accounts in target sectors.
• Manage end-to-end technical sales pipelines, from initial lead qualification to contract negotiation.
• Deliver technical presentations, product evaluations, and solution demonstrations to engineering teams.
• Provide expert advisory on regulatory compliance, product positioning, and process integration.
• Analyze customer applications to propose cost-effective equipment improvements and engineering solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer communications, and pipeline forecasts in CRM.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven technical sales experience, preferably handling control instrumentation systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial data communication protocols (Fieldbus, TCP/IP, Analog/Digital signals).
• Proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a valid driver's license for local travel.
• Background in water treatment applications or semiconductor/microelectronics project management is an advantage.
