Whether you're beginning your culinary journey or already have kitchen experience, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to Dokebi Chicken's recipes, quality standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist the Kitchen Supervisor in daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked workstation, especially during busy meal periods.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared consistently, accurately, and served on time.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor ingredient freshness, practise First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation, and report low stock or expired items promptly.
• Receive, store, and organise kitchen supplies and deliveries properly.
• Perform routine cleaning of kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Help improve kitchen efficiency while maintaining the highest food quality standards.
• Support other kitchen duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
