Annexion Partners Hiring! Full Time Senior Architect in - Ricebowl

We are currently partnering with a well-established architectural consultancy in Singapore and are looking for Senior Architects to join their growing team.

This opportunity would suit architectural professionals who enjoy taking ownership of projects, coordinating across multiple disciplines, and seeing projects through from design development to construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead architectural projects across various stages of design and delivery.
• Develop architectural designs, drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage submissions and liaise with relevant authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E and other disciplines.
• Attend client, consultant and site meetings throughout project delivery.
• Monitor construction progress and address design and technical issues on site.
• Ensure projects meet design intent, quality, programme and regulatory requirements.
• Senior candidates will take greater responsibility for project leadership, client management and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Degree or Master's in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Relevant architectural experience within Singapore.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation and project delivery.
• Familiarity with Singapore building codes, authority submissions and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural and design software.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Registered Architects or candidates working towards professional registration are highly encouraged to apply.
• Senior candidates should have demonstrated experience leading projects and managing key stakeholders.
