- Ensure to support the ops team in daily processing and quality control.
- Supports in procedure review.
- Supports in MI generation.
- Demonstrate effective core behaviors and values including teamwork, focus, drive & determination.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and line manager.
- Ability to multitask with a good eye for detail.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- The nature of the role requires efficiency and accuracy in processing the task within stipulated time.
- Able to work in high pressure productivity-based environment where deadlines are critical.
- Has an eye for details to ensure items are processed accurately and meet the QC requirement.
- Consistent in meeting OOE targets and all KPIs.
- Able to escalate issues and concerns timely to line manager and follow up on the action required.
- Speak up when sees an opportunity and continue to be at your best.
- A post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to various processing skills.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data/MI.
