About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and providing HR support to employees, including our resident technicians and engineers stationed at various customer sites across Peninsular Malaysia.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable handling employee matters independently, and is willing to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee-related matters.
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR-related processes.
- Provide HR support to resident technicians and engineers stationed at various customer sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to address employee-related matters and maintain good communication with site personnel.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist in managing employee relations and addressing HR-related concerns.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.
- Assist with statutory and compliance-related HR matters.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation when required.
- Perform other HR duties and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and HR administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle employee matters professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred as the role may require communication with Mandarin-speaking employees or stakeholders.
- Willing and able to travel to customer sites across Peninsular Malaysia when required.
- Possess a valid driving licence and have reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working with employees stationed at different locations and managing HR matters remotely and on-site.
- Responsible, approachable, proactive, and willing to learn.
