HIRING – CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Intake: September 2026 ONLY
Candidates who can start in September are preferred

BASE SALARY: RM2,300

ALLOWANCES & INCENTIVES

• Night Shift Allowance: RM600 (Minimum 148 production hours required)
• Additional Night Shift Incentive: Up to RM400
• KPI Incentive: RM500 - Based on individual performance and delivery

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers
• Handle customer enquiries through phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide accurate solutions and information
• Record and update customer cases in the system
• Ensure good customer service and a positive customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Willing to work on rotational shifts
• Able to work in a 24/7 operation environment
• Able to start work in September 2026
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome

Training: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts
