WE ARE HIRING: OPERATION SUPPORT (PANAS RANGER)
Location: Klang Valley
ABOUT PANAS EXPRESS
Panas Express is one of Malaysia’s fastest-growing 24-hour AI unmanned convenience store chains, with a rapidly expanding network of outlets nationwide. We use technology-driven solutions to operate convenient, accessible retail stores 24/7.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular outlet visits to service the store operations
- Check outlet cleanliness, product display, equipment & overall condition
- Identify and resolve operational issues at outlets
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising and outlet setup
- Attend to outlet issues, maintenance requests and emergencies
- Support new outlet openings and promotional activities
- Submit outlet visit reports and follow up on outstanding issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in **retail, operations and field support **is an advantage
- Comfortable working on the road and visiting multiple outlets
- Able to work independently and solve problems on-site
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Possess own vehicle to travel (motor / car)
- Willing to travel to different outlet locations
- Responsible, proactive and hands-on
