The Role

- Leading end-to-end recruitment and building a strong talent pipeline
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders on HR strategy and workforce planning
- Managing employee relations, performance processes and HR compliance
- Developing and rolling out HR policies that reflect the company's growth ambitions
- Driving employee engagement and supporting day-to-day HR operations
To be considered, you'll ideally bring:
- Solid HR management experience, gained within a fast-paced industry
- A strong recruitment background and a flair for identifying great talent
- Confident, effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin - an advantage in this collaborative, multicultural environment
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running
