About the Roles

Join our team as a Store Manager and oversee café operations at our Upper Bukit Timah outlet. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work schedule, covering weekday hours from 11.00am – 8.00pm and weekend hours from 9.00am – 8.00pm. Enjoy a competitive package with basic salary of up to $3,000 plus variable bonus while leading a café team and delivering excellent customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily café activities to maintain smooth operations, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and arrange schedules for café crew to achieve service and performance standards.
• Oversee stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent availability of supplies.
• Track sales results, manage cash handling processes, and contribute towards revenue and cost objectives.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene standards, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Address customer feedback and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Conduct opening and closing duties while ensuring the outlet remains prepared for audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with management and other outlets on operational practices, promotions, and business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in food and beverage or retail settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and basic P&L.
• Strong interest in food, beverages, and delivering quality customer service.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
