Job Responsibilities

• Receive and unload goods delivered by suppliers.
• Check received goods against invoices and delivery orders.
• Verify product quantity, condition, batch number and expiry date.
• Report damaged, missing, incorrect or short-expiry items.
• Arrange and store products neatly in the designated storage areas.
• Practise FEFO (First Expired, First Out) when arranging pharmacy products.
• Replenish stock from the storeroom to the retail shelves.
• Conduct regular stock counting and assist with stock-taking.
• Monitor low-stock, near-expiry and expired products.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in the system.
• Prepare and transfer stock according to operational requirements.
• Assist with picking and packing products when required.
• Keep the storeroom clean, organised and safe.
• Perform other stock-related duties assigned by the supervisor or pharmacist.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in storekeeping, warehousing or retail inventory is an advantage.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Able to count accurately and pay attention to details.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling cartons and stock.
• Responsible, punctual, honest and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate and work well with team members.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
