Role : Machining Team Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Machining Team Leader to oversee production data, tracking, and daily workshop administration.

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Schedule: 5.5-Day Work Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Efficiency Tracking: Track and record daily output, working hours, and material wastage across departments.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on the production progress of various manufacturing shifts/teams.
• Cost & Loss Analysis: Calculate and report monthly production material wastage and incoming material defect cost rates.
• Inventory & Shipping Management: Summarize finished goods warehousing, shipments, and detailed production line data.
• Admin & Performance Management: Handle staff performance statistics, compile operational reports, and organize/classify department documents.
• Other Duties: Actively collaborate with management to complete other related tasks assigned by company leaders.

Interview Process:

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
