Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Salary Basic Up to $4200\
AWS + quarterly VB + shift allowance
Working day: 5/6/5/6
3 working shifts:
Shift 1: 6:45am – 3:15pm
Shift 2: 2:45pm – 11:15pm (+$15/day shift allowance)
Shift 3: 10:45pm – 7:15am (+$25/day shift allowance)
Location: Serangoon
Job Scopes:
Assemble and test electro-mechanical equipment and modules
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic issues
Support production, NPI and engineering projects
Improve assembly and testing processes
Analyse production issues and support continuous improvement
Provide guidance and training to junior team members
Ensure safety and quality standards are met
Requirements:
NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering
3–5 years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical or semiconductor equipment
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
