Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Build AI-Driven Growth Workflows
   Use Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, and other Agentic AI tools to optimize day-to-day growth workflows, including keyword research, app store copywriting, content ideation, influencer collaboration briefs, market research, and competitor analysis.
2. Support Organic Growth Initiatives
   Support ASO, SEO, content growth, influencer marketing, and creator partnership initiatives to improve app visibility, organic installs, registration conversion, and user quality across global markets.
3. Drive Growth Experiments and Cross-Functional Collaboration
   Work closely with the Growth, Creative, Product, and Data teams to test and validate new growth ideas, including app store optimization, content experiments, influencer marketing angles, creative directions, and AI-assisted workflow improvements.
4. Conduct Market and Competitor Research
   Monitor competitors across app stores, social media, creator campaigns, content trends, and regional markets. Leverage AI tools to organize and analyze research findings and translate them into clear insights and actionable growth recommendations.

Requirements

2+ year of experience in marketing, growth, operations, content, product, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with AI Agent tools, with the ability to use relevant tools to build and optimize Agentic AI workflows.

Basic understanding of organic growth, ASO, SEO, influencer marketing, content marketing, or mobile app growth.

Curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong willingness to explore new AI tools and workflows.

Working proficiency in English is required.
