Freelance Sales Engineer

LDR Group of Companies is looking for a Freelance Sales Engineer to support our business development and sales activities across Malaysia.

This role is suitable for individuals who are confident in client engagement, business development, and identifying opportunities for engineering and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Source, approach, and follow up with prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
• Support business development activities and client meetings
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are properly communicated

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales or business development experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good understanding of engineering or technical solutions is preferred
• Willing to travel when required
• Open to candidates of all races and backgrounds
