Responsibilities
Hiring: Finance Executive up to SGD 3,500/month Prime Location Near MRT
Are you a meticulous finance professional with
full set accounting experience
who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Finance Executive to join our client's growing team — someone who’s not just great with numbers, but also keeps operations running smoothly.
Location: Near town, just steps from an MRT station — easy commute, vibrant surroundings.
Salary: Basic monthly salary of up to SGD 3,500
Your Responsibilities:
FULL SET ACCOUTING experience is a MUST!
Accounts Payable (AP):
Process vendor invoices and coordinate verification
Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements
Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
Handle vendor inquiries professionally
Accounts Receivable (AR):
Issue customer invoices based on contracts
Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Prepare monthly AR reports and send Statements of Accounts
Office Admin & Regulatory Support:
Manage office supplies and documentation
Support daily operations and internal logistics
Coordinate courier services and vendor maintenance
Maintain pantry and common areas with care
What You Bring:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Full set accounting experience to work independently for month-end closing is a MUST
2+ years in finance operations or bookkeeping
Proficient in MS Excel; XERO experience is a plus
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a collaborative team player
Comfortable in a startup or fast-paced setting
