Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on work in the making of pastry/savoury/kitchen/bakery products
• Maintain consistent quality in the preparation of products
• Ensure proper packing, labelling and storage of ingredients and products
• Assist with logistics such as trolley wrap/cover/retrievability, product picking & dispatch, wherever required
• Execute all duties tasked by Reporting Officers in the department
• Observe and adhere to highest safety, sanitary & hygiene standards in the production area
• Comply with FSSC, AVA and other local food authorities, including MUIS/Halal, requirements
• Perform or assist with administrative activities such as those related to production planning & FSSC/SAP production documentation
• Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment and work areas

Key Competencies:

• Exposure in the manufacturing of western pastry/savoury/kitchen/bakery products & on a large scale
• Familiarisation with Food Quality Control System and FSSC system
• Knowledge in running the relevant equipment, as necessary
