Salary:
S$2,500 – S$3,000 per month + relevant allowances
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM during probation, with earlier completion subject to achievement of team KPI.
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Saturday flexible work arrangement may be available after completion of the 3–6month probation period.
Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
to support daily post-operation verification, documentation, customer reporting and logistics administration.
The role requires strong document-control discipline and close coordination with the operations and planning teams.
Key Responsibilities
Check completed job records and operational systems to ensure all jobs are properly accounted for.
Verify Proof of Delivery (POD) and Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) documentation.
Identify and escalate missing documents, discrepancies or unresolved jobs promptly.
Sort, scan, label and file operational documents accurately.
Maintain organized physical and digital records for audit and retrieval purposes.
Download and verify temperature logger reports against completed job records.
Escalate temperature exceptions to the relevant operations personnel.
Send required completion documents to customers within the required timeline.
Maintain records of documents dispatched to customers.
Respond to customer documentation requests professionally.
Provide backup support for logistics planning when required.
Manage loading bay bookings and driver/vehicle applications through relevant portals.
Maintain accurate operational records and trackers.
Assist with operational reporting, data compilation and administrative duties.
Requirements
O-Level, Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, post-operations or administrative support.
Experience in cold-chain, pharmaceutical logistics or a regulated logistics environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and document-control skills.
Basic proficiency in TMS, GPS fleet systems and Microsoft Office.
Good written communication skills.
Able to manage multiple document streams and meet daily deadlines.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
