Job Description

* Experienced in preparing and cooking a wide range of Malaysian cuisine.

* Specialised in nasi lemak, mee siam, toast, curry mee, pan mee, and other popular Malaysian dishes.

* Strong understanding of authentic Malaysian flavours and cooking techniques.

* Kopitiam experience is an added advantage.

* Able to manage daily kitchen operations while maintaining food quality, consistency and hygiene.

* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead kitchen staff.

* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant kitchen/chef experience preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
