Full jobdescription
The jobdescription comprises but is not limited to the following duties andresponsibilities:
Conductdaily checks on the ground to ensure that the common areas are well maintained.
Conductdaily check on the other common property not maintained by a term contractor toensure their soundness and proper maintenance.
Receiveand attend to complaints by residents and owners on common area only.
Adviseand assist whenever possible, complaints beyond the Corporation’s purview (thisrefers to problems in individual units).
Manageand supervise the Technician, the Administrative Assistant and the serviceproviders to ensure they perform to the standing orders set out.
Atleast 2 years experience in handling residential, commercial, and industrial estates
