PLAYA Racquet Club is looking for a hands-on and dependable Outlet Supervisor to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and our guest experience top-notch. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth court bookings, service flow, and facility upkeep
• Supervise, schedule, and motivate on-ground staff across shifts, including night operations
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service and resolve guest issues on the spot
• Monitor stock, equipment, and facility conditions, flagging maintenance or supply needs promptly
• Enforce SOPs, safety standards, and cleanliness across the outlet
• Handle cash/POS reconciliation, shift reports, and incident documentation
• Liaise with management on staffing, performance, and operational improvements
• Be available to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per outlet operating hours

WHO YOU ARE

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role, ideally in F&B, retail, hospitality, or sports/fitness facilities
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and rotational schedules
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with a calm, solutions-first attitude under pressure
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask during peak hours
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and shift reporting
• Passionate about sports, wellness, and delivering great customer experiences

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
