Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for network project implementation for medium-to-large multinational enterprises.
  • Collaborate with the project team to execute migration plans, conduct testing and acceptance, ensure issue closure, and produce delivery documentation.
  • Ensure smooth business operations during network system migration, achieving zero business interruption, zero data loss, and zero network downtime.
  • Handle network emergencies, manage network change risks, and resolve network failures.
  • Provide network optimization recommendations and eliminate potential network risks.
  • Develop technical solutions based on user requirements and provide technical support.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and Mandarin
  • Minimum of 5 years of network maintenance experience; experience in large enterprise network maintenance and data center implementation is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Cisco CCIE or Fortinet NSE 5 and above are preferred.
  • Proficient in mainstream network products and technologies including Cisco and Fortinet; skilled in the configuration and management of SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and related technologies.
  • Familiar with enterprise networking and routing protocols such as BGP; experienced with encapsulation protocols including GRE, IPsec, and EVPN; knowledgeable about internet-based products, leased lines, and MPLS VPN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale campus and data center network architecture, including network cutover, migration, go-live assurance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to analyze and independently resolve issues; able to work under pressure.
  • Highly responsible with a strong sense of teamwork; proactive and dedicated work attitude; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


WORKING ARRANGEMENT

  • 5-day workweek - Monday to Friday; Working Hours: 0900 AM ~ 1800 PM
  • Fully remote (occasionally requires returning to the office e.g., meetings, on-site troubleshooting - might not be frequent)
  • 12-month contract role (renewal is available subject to performance)
