Product Operations Executive

Full-Time

We are looking for a Product Operations Executive to join our growing team and work closely with our Product Operations Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants exposure to the full product lifecycle — from product development and packaging to supplier management, international operations and regulatory compliance.

You will initially support the Product Operations Manager while progressively taking ownership of projects and responsibilities. This role offers strong career development potential for someone who is ambitious and capable of growing into a future Product Operations leadership role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate new product development projects from concept to production.
• Work closely with international suppliers, manufacturers and co-packers.
• Manage product timelines, project trackers and follow-ups.
• Coordinate packaging development, artwork updates and product specifications.
• Review packaging and product information for accuracy.
• Coordinate materials purchasing and logistics.
• Assist with product compliance and regulatory documentation.
• Manage and maintain SDS/MSDS, product specifications and compliance records.
• Support regulatory activities such as product registrations, TPD notifications, UFI codes and other market requirements where applicable.
• Maintain product databases, barcodes, product codes and technical information.
• Coordinate product samples, international shipments and order requirements.
• Research regulatory requirements for different international markets.
• Help improve internal systems, processes and workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international suppliers and manufacturers.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Professional written and spoken English.

Preferred, But Not Essential

• Experience in Product Operations, Project Coordination, Supply Chain, Product Development or Compliance.
• Experience working with packaging, manufacturers or international suppliers.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, SDS/MSDS, CLP/GHS, UFI, TPD or product registrations.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer products, manufacturing, e-liquid/vape or other regulated industries.
