Key Responsibilities

Quality Strategy & Leadership

• Define and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test frameworks, and best practices across all digital products.
• Drive test automation adoption to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability in testing.
• Champion a quality-first mindset across engineering and product teams.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Product Owners, and Tech Service Owners to integrate QA into the development lifecycle.

Test Planning, Automation & Execution

• Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management to ensure robust product quality.
• Lead the development of automated test scripts and frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Manage performance, security, and regression testing, ensuring that products meet compliance and security standards.
• Work closely with the Digital Architects & Engineering and DevSecOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define acceptance criteria and ensure seamless QA alignment with product requirements.
• Work with Digital Service Manager to track customer-reported issues and ensure high service quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to drive bug resolution, release validation, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in QA processes.
• Advocate for early-stage testing practices, such as shift-left testing, to catch defects sooner in the development cycle.
• Establish QA metrics and KPIs to track quality performance and ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) management, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or digital platform environments.
• Strong expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Katalon, Selenium, JMeter) and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile testing methodologies.
• Proven track record of implementing test automation, performance testing, and security testing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code (LCNC), AI-driven testing, and cloud technologies is a plus.
