Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Integrity Executive to support the organisation in promoting a strong culture of integrity, ethical conduct and good governance.
The successful candidate will assist in handling integrity-related matters, including misconduct reports, internal investigations, policy compliance, awareness programmes and integrity initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and monitoring integrity-related matters, complaints and reports received by the organisation.
- Support the review and assessment of alleged misconduct, unethical behaviour, conflict of interest and other integrity-related concerns.
- Assist in conducting internal investigations, including gathering information, reviewing documents and preparing investigation reports.
- Maintain proper and confidential records of integrity cases, investigations and related documentation.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, code of conduct and integrity-related guidelines.
- Support the implementation of integrity, ethics and compliance programmes and initiatives.
- Organise and coordinate integrity awareness activities, briefings and training sessions for employees.
- Assist in identifying potential integrity and compliance risks and recommend appropriate improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, statistics and updates for management when required.
- Work closely with HR, Legal, Compliance and other relevant departments on integrity-related matters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and investigation cases.
- Perform any other duties related to integrity, governance and compliance as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Risk Management or a related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of working experience in integrity, compliance, governance, audit, investigation, HR or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and strong interest in integrity and compliance are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of workplace ethics, confidentiality and professional conduct.
- Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling employee misconduct or disciplinary matters.
- Experience in conducting investigations or preparing investigation reports.
- Knowledge of integrity, anti-bribery, compliance or corporate governance practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at different levels of the organisation.
- Strong sense of responsibility, objectivity and professional ethics.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
