Responsibilities
IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of all company hardware and software
Troubleshoot, repair and configure hardware and software systems
Perform helpdesk support for end-users
Perform updates of operating system and firmware to the required hardware
Ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state as soon as possible
Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities, processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate risks
Maintain all IT related infrastructure
Maintain inventory and IT asset tracking
Ensure that all appliances are in compliance with our standards and security measures
Participate and actively support company initiatives
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma / ITE in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering
Minimum one year of relevant IT experience
Basic knowledge of networking, window servers and file permission
Good knowledge of computer hardware
Resourceful and able to resolve problems independently using online and offline resources
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to perform with minimum supervision
