About the Role

7-month contract (based on business needs)

As part of the Sales & Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive (depending on experience) will support the Regional Manager in the day-to-day management of the Europe portfolio, including distributor coordination, sales operations, reporting and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Forecasting, Order Processing and Inventory Tracking

• Process purchase orders received from distributors.
• Coordinate with Production and Shipping teams on order fulfilment and delivery.
• Track sales forecasts against budget and monitor distributor inventory levels.

2. Monthly Reporting and Sales Analysis

• Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials.
• Monitor distributors’ monthly sales performance and assist with sales analysis to identify trends and support business reviews.
• Maintain relevant sales and market data.

3. Advertising and Promotions

• Support advertising campaigns, promotional activities, sponsorships and media plans.
• Monitor Advertising & Promotional expenditure and claims; verify supporting documents and coordinate timely processing and reimbursement.
• Monitor competitor and market activities.

4. Other Responsibilities

• Provide general support for the Europe portfolio and assist with ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder with relevant subjects preferred
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Good attitude with inter-personnel and correspondence skills
• Hardworking, resourceful and able to work independently
• Experience in basic sales reporting, proficiency in Excel is required
