Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Assistant Manager to support Head of Dept to lead our internal sales team, optimize our conversion funnel, and drive significant revenue growth. 

Key Responsibilities

·     This person reports to Sales HOD and take accountability to drive all matters relating to in-house sales strategy and team, managing daily sales activities, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. 

·      Develop and implement in-house sales strategies.

·      Lead, mentor, and train the Team.

·      Monitor sales performance metrics.

·      Optimize sales processes and CRM usage.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments.

·      Report sales forecasts and performance to management. 

Qualifications

·     Proven track record with a minimum 10+ years of working experience with 3+ years in a leadership role, relevant experience in sales leadership, telemarketing and team building within personal financing industry.

·     Bachelor/University degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·     Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, sales, build and lead/manage high-performing teams.

·      Proficient in CRM and sales automation tools.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·      A proactive, resilient and strategic thinker with a passion for driving sustainable growth. 

·      Great at interacting with various stakeholders.

·      Mature thinking, bright personality, and positive attitude.

·      Meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support decision-making of various stakeholders.

·      Must be a Malaysian citizen.
