Role Description The Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote property developments, including digital and offline initiatives. The Marketing Executive will conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor data, and support pricing and positioning strategies. Daily responsibilities include preparing marketing materials, coordinating events and promotions, collaborating with sales teams, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute Market Planning and Marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret market, customer, and competitor data.
• Effective Communication skills for engaging clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Sales and Marketing abilities to support lead generation, conversion, and brand visibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in property development or real estate marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
