• Ensure Quality Data in SQL, R-Complience Sheet and QA Database are reliable and propose solution for improvement.
• Validate/Review Quality Inspection report, then provide necessary monitoring and analysis.
• Coordinate External Quality claims RCA, follow-up NC closure and ensure actions implemented.
• Provide analysis for internal and external quality issue and propose area for improvement towards preventive action.
• Representative Quality Department in Process (Hot End/Cold End) and Management Meeting (Alternate with Lab Exact, P&Q Manager)
• Analyze result for decay and WABS testing program and propose area to improve.
• Ensure Compliancy of Product certification requirement, Product Quality comply with requirement and Procedure followed by related section (QC, PR, WH)
• Ensure Management System for certification in place, Code Mark, EUROFINS, EUCEB, SIRIM, Standard Malaysia, KS, JIS, ect.
• Full involvement in internal and external audit
• Involve in New Product Design focusing on Quality Requirement
• Regularly review Procedure and WI related to P&Q
• Ensure documents properly controlled and organized.
• Conduct training needs analysis related to Quality and coordinate for necessary training.
• Provide analysis for audit findings and follow-up for the closure.
• Ensure quality procedures take in place and comply, then provide improvement if necessary.
• Benchmarking report analysis and propose for improvement.
• Required to follow policies and procedure which are written to mitigate risk to impartial. Personnel also exposed to confidential information such as operations of laboratory, methods testing, data etc,.
• Knowledgeable with ISO / IEC 17025 requirement

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
