Role: Workday HCM Consultant

Area of Expertise:
Open to all HCM modules – but beneficial to have Core HR,Recruiting, Absence and Time Tracking skillsets

Job Description:

• Assess and analyze HCM business requests againstcurrent Workday configuration
• Translate business requirements into functionaldesign specifications and configuration changes
• Manage CRs through full lifecycle — intake,impact assessment, prioritization, build, SIT, UAT, and deployment
• Prepare functional documentation, configurationworkbooks, and test scripts
• Engage with business stakeholders to clarifyrequirements and manage expectations on timelines
• Track and report on CR status and resolutionprogress

Hands-on Workday HCMconfiguration (Core HR minimum); business process config, security groups,calculated fields; strong stakeholder management

Workday HCMcertification; Workday Reporting; governance exposure in large programenvironments
