Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support quantity surveying and commercial management activities for water treatment plant and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, tender documents, and commercial documentation.
- Assist in tendering activities, including tender preparation, quotation evaluation, and cost comparison.
- Review and evaluate contractor and subcontractor claims, including measurements and supporting documentation.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost checks to support accurate project cost control.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
- Assist in monitoring project costs, procurement activities, and overall commercial performance.
