Job Summary

The Operations Executive supports the Operations / Assistant Operations Manager by managing daily banquet operations and administration to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily banquet operations to deliver seamless event execution and enhance guest satisfaction
• Administer banquet processes to maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
• Adapt work schedule to accommodate irregular hours required by event demands
• Proactively enhance guest experience by demonstrating commitment to service excellence
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Lead and motivate banquet staff to achieve operational goals and uphold high service standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in banquet or catering operations preferred
• Class 3 driving license
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Strong passion and commitment to service excellence
• Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
