Key Responsibilities

• Design and roll out Lark regional deployment plans (tenant configuration, permissions, data migration).
• Gather OA approval requirements, design workflows, and conduct system integration testing (Landray EKP and in-house OA systems).
• Build out AI office use cases, including a prompt template library, scenario-based training, and effectiveness tracking.
• Produce training materials and promotional content for internal rollout and adoption campaigns.
• Compile operational data and reports to support monthly operations reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, any major (computer science or information management preferred).
• 1–3 years of IT support or collaborative office operations experience
• Familiar with Lark/Feishu core functions and admin console.
• Able to independently manage OA workflow changes, form edits, and permission adjustments.
• Proficient with mainstream AI office tools; able to write FAQs and user guides.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
