Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, deploy, and support applications, workflow automations, and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related technologies.

·       Analyse business requirements, identify opportunities for digitisation and process improvement, and translate requirements into effective low-code solutions.

·       Assist in developing and maintaining applications, workflows, integrations, dashboards, data models, and reusable solution components under the guidance of senior team members.

·       Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide operational support for deployed solutions.

·       Support the implementation of ICT security, data governance, privacy, accessibility, and application lifecycle management requirements in delivered solutions.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners, while maintaining technical, operational, and user documentation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

·       Tertiary education qualification in related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·       Sound understanding of application development concepts, databases, data structures, user interface design, testing, and troubleshooting.

·       Hands-on exposure to at least one low-code/no-code platform through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or work experience. Experience developing applications or workflow automations will be advantageous.

·       Familiarity with configuring workflows, business rules, user interfaces, permissions, and basic data integrations.

·       Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
