Job Description

• Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
• Inspect materials and workmanship.
• Perform tests to check the quality of materials.
• Prepare progress reports for their clients.
• Read and interpret drawings and details of projects.

Requirements

• Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
• Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC)certificate.
• Min. 5 years of working experience in Residential development in M&E works.
• Must be willing to do shift work / Rotating shift
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A recognized Degree or Diploma from university/polytechnic in the relevant discipline such as Mechanical or Electrical.
