Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and other commercial documents.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with customers.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer relationship management and business development abilities.
- Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
