Job Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including users, groups, permissions, MFA and access controls.
• Support Microsoft 365 security, Conditional Access, device compliance and authentication issues.
• Monitor and respond to endpoint security alerts, antivirus/EDR alerts, malware and suspicious activities.
• Support vulnerability remediation, patch deployment and endpoint security compliance.
• Analyze Windows Event Logs, Entra sign-in logs, audit logs and security alerts.
• Assist with phishing investigations, account compromise, password resets and basic incident response.
• Support NTFS, DFS, Group Policy, OneDrive, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Support Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP and other infrastructure security controls.
• Use PowerShell and Command Prompt for troubleshooting, system administration and security investigations.
• Troubleshoot security-related network issues involving TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, routing and firewall rules.
• Maintain security documentation, investigation findings, remediation records and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, security and business teams to improve cybersecurity processes.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Endpoint Support, Security Support, Systems Administration or related IT roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 in a business environment.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune, including device management, compliance, security baselines, software deployment and patching.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA, authentication and access management.
• Good knowledge of Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 security and identity-based access controls.
• Experience with endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender, antivirus/EDR, BitLocker and Windows Firewall.
• Knowledge of NTFS, DFS, Group Policy, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Strong networking knowledge covering TCP/IP, subnetting, VLAN, VPN, DNS and routing.
• Able to use PowerShell and Command Prompt for troubleshooting and administration.
• Ability to analyze system logs, security alerts and identify technical/security issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical/security issues to users.
• Good understanding of information security, confidentiality and access-control principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Office 365, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Purview, phishing incidents or basic incident response is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, Microsoft Security/Endpoint/Identity certifications or ITIL are an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
