Job Overview

WINS SPORTS is looking for a creative and passionate Videographer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our sportswear products, strengthens our brand identity, and engages our audience across digital platforms.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling visual content for product campaigns, social media, sporting events, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for WINS SPORTS products, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
• Produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Handle product videography, including custom jerseys, sportswear collections, and new product launches.
• Cover sporting events, tournaments, corporate activities, and WINS SPORTS promotional campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and video ideas aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
• Perform professional video editing, colour grading, sound editing, motion graphics, and visual effects when required.
• Work closely with the graphic design, content creation, and marketing teams to deliver effective advertising content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, athlete features, customer testimonials, and brand storytelling content.
• Manage camera equipment, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools.
• Ensure all video projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining consistent brand identity and production quality.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, video production, and video editing.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, composition, and audio recording.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and current social media trends.
• Ability to produce engaging short-form content suitable for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the creative and marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel and work during sporting events, photoshoots, or promotional activities when required.
• Experience in sports videography, fashion, lifestyle, or commercial advertising is an advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing previous videography and video editing projects is required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Deliver video content according to the approved monthly content calendar.
• Produce high-quality marketing videos that meet WINS SPORTS' branding and creative standards.
• Complete video editing and production tasks within agreed deadlines.
• Support marketing campaigns with engaging content designed to improve audience reach, engagement, and sales conversions.
• Maintain consistent video quality across all WINS SPORTS digital platforms.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
