Role Description The Real Estate Associate role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves managing property listings, conducting market research, and supporting clients through property purchases, sales, and leases. The Real Estate Associate will coordinate property viewings, prepare documentation for real estate transactions, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong client relationships, providing advisory on market trends, and contributing to marketing activities that promote available properties and services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions, with the ability to guide clients through the full transaction cycle.
• Experience with Leases and Commercial Real Estate, including understanding of tenancy agreements and commercial property requirements.
• Familiarity with Real Estate Development concepts and processes, and ability to evaluate property potential.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple property listings and client needs.
• Proficiency in basic office and real estate-related software; ability to learn new tools and platforms as needed.
• Relevant certification or registration as required by local regulations (such as REN status), with prior real estate experience considered an advantage.
