Job Description:

* Review, verify and provide technical recommendations on civil and structural engineering deliverables including design calculations, assessment reports, quality records and construction documentation.

* Function as a technical focal point supporting Project Services Department deliverables.

* Provide technical oversight and site support for civil and structural construction activities.

* Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards and quality requirements.

* Coordinate with project stakeholders to support safe and timely project execution.

* Support punch listing and project closeout.

* Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in refinery/petrochemical

* Minimum 2–3 turnaround (TA) or shutdown cycles

* Experience in brownfield/project execution

* Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software is an advantage.

- Registered as a Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
