  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
  • 10-13 years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or related technical roles
  • Minimum 3-5 years of people management experience
  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Databricks platform
  • Experience in financial services, trading, or capital markets environment
