• System Installation: Assemble, hook up, and configure massive, high-tech semiconductor tools (like lithography systems, chemical vapor deposition tools, or plasma etchers) at the customer's fabrication plant.
• Testing and Calibration: Run system tests, calibrate sensors, and fine-tune mechanical components to meet strict manufacturing standards before handing the tool over to production.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Schedule and perform routine tune-ups, filter replacements, and system checks to prevent sudden equipment failures.
• Corrective Maintenance: Respond immediately to system errors or breakdown calls inside the cleanroom to diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or software failures.
• Component Repair: Rebuild, patch, or swap out faulty parts, vacuum pumps, laser modules, or robotic arms.
• On-Site Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's internal fab engineers, explaining technical issues and solution timelines clearly.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
