Position : Software Support Engineer
Working Hours:

Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
Maintain, support and enhance the School’s in-house web applications, SIMS, procurement, budget, booking and case management systems.
Develop new web modules, applications and web services.
Manage
2FA, SSO and API integrations
across applications.
Perform server and application administration for Windows/Linux environments.
Troubleshoot and maintain PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter and web applications.
Support system upgrades, backups, SSL, SMTP and web hosting.
Integrate procurement systems with third-party e-invoicing platforms.
Conduct user training and provide technical support/documentation.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years’ experience
in software/application support or development.
Minimum
3 years’ hands-on experience
in: PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniterHTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery,
Python 3, Django 5.2+, Angular 2.0
+Windows & Linux server administration API, Web Services and SSO integration
Strong troubleshooting, communication and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
