Executive Sales

Job Purpose

Manages an assigned portfolio of customers/markets, supporting order generation, relationship management and achievement of sales targets for Hartalega's glove products.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication and order follow-up with an assigned customer portfolio.

Support achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets and pricing/negotiation activities.

Prepare quotations, sales contracts and product/pricing proposals for customers.

Monitor market and competitor information to support sales strategy discussions.

Coordinate with Production Planning, Logistics and Quality on order fulfilment and customer complaints.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.

Support participation in trade shows, customer visits and market-development activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, International Trade or related field.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer service; fresh graduates with strong communication skills considered.

Good negotiation, relationship-building and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Willingness to travel for customer visits/trade events as needed.
