Responsibilities
Manage the full procurement cycle, including supplier sourcing, RFQ issuance, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, purchase order processing and delivery follow-up.
Procure materials, equipment and services to support business requirements.
Monitor purchase orders and supplier performance, proactively addressing delivery delays, quality concerns and commercial issues.
Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery performance, reliability and overall commercial value.
Support supplier onboarding, vendor master data maintenance and regular supplier performance evaluations.
Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective procurement support.
Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, approval procedures and procurement governance requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records in the ERP system, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and audit-ready.
Assist with procurement reporting, KPI tracking and initiatives aimed at improving procurement efficiency, cost effectiveness and processes.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Maritime Studies or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
Experience in marine, offshore, shipyard, engineering or technical service industries will be an advantage
