We are looking for a Curriculum Development Assistant to join our team and support the digitalisation of teaching and learning content across college and professional training programmes.

You will work with existing curriculum materials and subject matter provided by our academic team, and use our AI-powered curriculum development system to transform them into structured digital learning content, assessments and other teaching materials.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in education, digital learning and AI, and wants to gain hands-on experience in modern curriculum development.

What You'll Do

- Input and organise existing curriculum and teaching materials into our curriculum development system.

- Use the system's built-in AI capabilities to help develop and structure:

- Learning content

- Learning outcomes

- Teaching materials

- Assessments and questions

- Other digital learning components

- Review AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, consistency and suitability for learners.

- Follow established curriculum development guidelines and templates.

- Work with academic lecturers and subject matter experts to clarify and refine content.

- Make basic suggestions to improve the presentation and structure of learning materials.

- Assist with content editing, checking and quality assurance before materials are finalised.

- Work across different subjects and learner groups.

What We're Looking For

Minimum requirements:

- Diploma or higher qualification in any relevant field.

- Good command of written and spoken English.

- Comfortable working with computers and digital systems.

- Willingness to learn and work with AI-powered tools.

- Basic understanding of AI prompting / prompt writing.

- Good attention to detail and ability to organise information systematically.

- Able to follow established processes and guidelines.

- Interested in education and digital learning.

Added advantages:

- Previous experience in curriculum development, education or content development.

- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or other generative AI platforms.

- Experience with project management systems (PMS) or digital workflow platforms.

- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS).

- Experience in editing, content development or academic administration.
