Job Duties:
- Bachelor of Nursing, Registered with Nursing Council of Hong Kong with valid practicing certificate
- Registered Nurse with 8 years post-registration clinical experience
- Excellent clinical knowledge in chronic disease management and good communication skills
Job Duties:
- Responsible for overall planning, implementation and monitoring of the project
- Responsible for overseeing and managing logistics and engaging professionals to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide liaison between participating doctors and nurses at clinics and DHCs for enquiries on medical issues
- Deliver nurse consultation and clear professional advice to clients in need
- Supervise nurse in providing consultations, deliver health talks and demonstrations
- Working Place: Sham Shui Po
