Role Description:

The Executive, Partnership will support the development, onboarding and management of strategic partnerships across AEON Group and external partners, with a focus on ecosystem collaboration, customer value and commercial growth. The role will work closely with partners and internal teams to identify partnership opportunities, develop proposals, coordinate onboarding, execute joint initiatives and monitor partnership performance. This role is suited for someone who enjoys working across different businesses, connecting opportunities and turning partnership ideas into executable initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential partners that fit AEON360’s ecosystem and customer proposition.
  • Support preparation of partnership proposals, presentations and commercial discussions.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new partners, including documentation, agreements and internal approvals.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships and follow-ups with assigned partners.
  • Coordinate partnership campaigns, promotions and other joint initiatives.
  • Work with internal teams including Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal and Compliance to deliver partnership activities.
  • Monitor partnership and campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain partnership records, pipeline and regular management reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, marketing or related roles.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working with data and preparing basic analysis and reports.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Experience in retail, loyalty, digital platforms or customer engagement would be an advantage.
