D & A Group Limited Hiring! Full Time Senior Accountant in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly singleton financial statements, reporting schedules, intra-group transaction and balance reconciliations

• Prepare monthly variance analysis on sub-group level income statement, bank movement analysis and cash flow forecast

• Responsible for budgeting and P/L forecast

• Supervise local finance team and assist Group Senior in-charge in monitoring accounting output quality of finance team in PRC office

• Support ERP system re-engineering project, streamline accounting workflows and enhance management reporting tools

• Liaise with external parties e.g. auditors, bankers and all other professional parties for audit, tax and company secretarial filings

• Support daily operation issues from local operation team

• Participate in cross department meetings with follow-up action and handle ad-hoc tasks

About you

• Degree in Accounting or other related disciplines

• HKICPA member / QP Finalist is advantage

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in group accounting, with 3 years supervisory experience

• Proficiency in MS office (e.g., lookup, dynamic arrays, pivot table)

• Prior experience with ERP migration or workflow re-engineering is an advantage

• Good knowledge of PRC accounting matters exposure

• Willing to travel (not frequent)

• Problem solving mindset, good time management, self-motivated and work under pressure

• Good in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• More experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager
